This is a large parking lot, with picnic tables, BBQ grills and restrooms. The right hand side is for equestrians, with more gravel/dirt than asphalt for parking and dealing with horses. The left hand side (shown below) is the "human" side. The large area of asphalt is pull-through RV/trailer parking, ideal for setting up a bunch of scopes.

The Las Vegas light dome completly ruins the southeast corner of the sky, but all other directions are good. The only other problem with this area is the wind, which always seems to be present.
